Making the Model Student!

Posted on: 23 Sep 2014 by Weston Green School | Category: Key Stage 1, Year 1

Having got off to a successful start in Year 1, the children were asked to make small models of themselves using different materials on offer to them.

It was fantastic to see how creative the children were and how imaginative their clothing choices were! When asked what else a model student needs, it was encouraging to listen to all the qualities the children recalled from earlier PSHE sessions. Amongst the important qualities the children identified were things such as being good listeners, being kind to their friends, being helpful in class and always doing their best.

With a list like this we are anticipating a hugely successful year in Year 1!
