Survivor!

Posted on: 26 May 2016 by Weston Green School | Category: Key Stage 2, Year 5, Year 6

What an action packed day it has been at PGL for years five and six.  They have enjoyed a brilliant session of aqua fun in the pool, as the Devonshire sun shone down on them, as well as trying their hand at orienteering, survivor training in the woods, and the much-loved aeroball.

To add to the drama of an already action-filled day Tom had to visit Torquay’s A&E with Mrs Hawkins after tripping during the orienteering activity and giving his knee a nasty gash. He was extremely brave, and endured three stitches with the help of gas and air, and was back just in time for lunch – a true survivor!

Tonight we celebrate all our PGL birthdays – Lacksha, Jake, Charlie and Jack – with no less than four cakes and a game of Wacky Races.
