Teatime Concert

Posted on: 29 Jun 2015 by Weston Green School | Category: Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2

The recent Teatime Concert provided an opportunity for parents, staff and siblings to hear a wonderfully varied programme of music from pupils in Years 2-6.

For some children who have been learning their instrument for less than a year, it was their first performance to an audience and they rose to the challenge with aplomb. Other older pupils are seasoned Teatime Concert performers but, as always, they gave the audience a musical treat with some beautifully touching and enjoyable singing and playing.

Well done to all those who took part in the concert and we wish our Year 6 musicians well as they move to their senior schools next term. We thank them for their contributions to music at the school and for all the enjoyment they have given us during their time with at WGS.
