Key Stage 2 Endeavour Awards update

Weston Green’s Endeavour Award provides the opportunity for pupils in Key Stage 2 to demonstrate their key skills and to celebrate their achievements, in a variety of areas.

The aim of the Endeavour Award scheme is to recognise pupils’ achievements in school and encourage them to take part in a range of activities outside of school. Pupils complete a number of tasks that complement their extra-curricular work and demonstrate the characteristics of the school’s Learner Profiles, starting on Bronze level and moving through three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) to achieve Gold, before leaving Weston Green in Year 6.

Thank you to all the children for working so hard throughout the year on their Endeavour Award folders; it has been fantastic to see all of their achievements from both inside and outside of school. We have received a phenomenal number of folders and even those children who were not quite ready to submit their folders, have produced some outstanding pieces, ready for next year. We are looking forward to assessing the evidence in the Endeavour Award folders and the awards will be announced in the final week, during Key Stage and final school assemblies.
