Harvest Celebrations

Our Harvest celebration for Early Years and Harvest services for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 help to give pupils an understanding of what we can do to help and support those in our local community who are not as lucky as we are.

Learning about the East Elmbridge foodbank in Key Stage 2 and how the Princess Alice Hospice supports people who are ill and need specialist care in Key Stage 1, is an important part of PSHE and supports the children’s understanding of Weston Green's school values, particularly being gracious and sharing what we have with others.

We are always very grateful to parents for their support and generosity and the children enjoy sharing their learning as we welcome you to our Harvest celebration or service.
