The children from Kindergarten and Reception recently attended a special event at Weston Green where they encountered a wide variety of exotic animals.
Charles from Impeyan Productions introduced his captive audience to a variety of birds, amphibians, invertebrates, mammals and reptiles and provided insightful facts about each animal as they were brought out from behind ‘the rainforest’. The children were invited to touch and hold the animals, which they did with great enthusiasm, and it was lovely to watch their curiosity and sheer delight as they examined and handled these exotic creatures.
The event formed a wonderful addition to the celebrations at the end of term.
