Meet our Nursery Manager

We are delighted to introduce our Nursery Manager from January 2021, Sarah Merry. Sarah has worked at Weston Green for four years in Early Years and we are very excited that she will taking on this exciting new role in our new venture of Nursery at Weston Green School.

Here's a bit more information about Mrs Merry:

What is your background in Early Years Education?

My experience in Early Years goes back over 20 years and I have worked at Weston Green School for 4 years, initially as a Teaching Assistant in Reception and Kindergarten and then as a Kindergarten Teacher.

What will your role entail as our new Nursery Manager at Weston Green?

My new role will allow me to be part of a new and exciting venture for the school and welcome a younger group of children into Early Years.

What do you love most about working with children?

I enjoy working in Early Years as part of a fantastic team. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is to see the progression that children make from their start in Kindergarten to moving onto Reception.

What are you most excited about your new role as Nursery Manager?

Working with children means that no day is ever the same!  I love being able to build a caring and trusting relationship with children and their families.
