Safer Internet Day was celebrated globally this week, with the theme "Together for a better internet".
The aim of Safer Internet Day is to inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively. Schools all around the world have been looking at how we can keep safe online.
Here at Weston Green, we have listened to stories from other children and drawn comparisons with our own experiences. We have discussed how we can look after ourselves whilst working online and looked at how we can be respectful to others.
On Friday, our Digital Leaders in Upper Key Stage 2 (Niamh, Lily, Freddie and Pollyanna) lead our ESafety Assembly. The children enjoyed taking part in a quiz using our new Chromebooks, to test their knowledge of staying safe online.
