WGS Photography Competition 2020

You will remember the children taking part in Photography Workshops this term and spending their half-term taking snaps for the competition in February. I am thrilled! So many children entered one of their fantastic photos into the competition this year, making it an extremely difficult job to judge!

We’re excited to announce that, in Key Stage 2, the winning photo was ‘Greetings with Roses’ shot by Melissa Dadashian in Year 3! In Key Stage 1 & Reception, the winning photograph was ‘Bonsai Batman’, shot by Artie Alcock in Reception! They both excitedly received their prizes and certificates last week in front of their own classes.

Not forgetting the Runners-up; Elise Evans in Year 4 and Max Matic Langford in Year 1 for their excellent compositions. A very well done!

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the competition, including every enthusiastic parent and grandparent who got involved!

Mrs Willis
