Working towards the next Endeavour Badge

Working towards the next Endeavour Badge

Weston Green's Endeavour Award scheme provides the opportunity for pupils in Key Stage 2 to demonstrate their key skills and to celebrate their achievements, in a variety of areas.

With this year's Endeavour Award deadline fast approaching (7th June 2019), pupils are working hard on completing their award folders.

The Endeavour Award looks to celebrate pupils' achievements in activities they take part in both in and outside of school. Pupils each have their own folder that they populate with evidence of different activities that sit within a range of areas, titled ‘Community’, ‘Active’, ‘Creative’, ‘Exploration’ and ‘Project’. As always, each task that the children undertake needs to be accompanied by a reporting template completed by the child, detailing what they did and why they believe they have completed that task.

Class teachers will continue to monitor the progress of pupils and we look forward to reading all about the exciting things the children have been up to this year, to progress towards their next Endeavour Badge.
