Last week, four keen mathematicians from Year 5 took part in a morning of maths challenges at Epsom College. They competed against ten other prep schools from Surrey in a range of challenges, culminating in an energetic maths relay race.
The team of Sam, Talia, Olivia and Abigail demonstrated the full range of Weston Green's Learner Profile characteristics as they took risks, persevered, created, collaborated, reflected, and at times, worked independently too. And, amazingly, they had energy left to swim in the gala at the Xcel Leisure Centre that afternoon!
