This half term for Topic we are looking at Castles. It was a real treat for the children of year 1 to be visited by Freshwater Theatre Company, who provided them with an engaging insight into how and why castles were built. The children took part in activities exploring the different roles you would have in a castle and how life would have been.
Why not take a look at what they did. http://www.westongreenschool.org.uk/school-life/photo-gallery/castle-workshop-with-year-1
