We had a wonderful afternoon in glorious sunshine for this week's Forest School.
We first found a special spot in the woods to sit and listen to the sounds around us.
“I can hear the birds sing, I think they are saying hello.”
We noticed that the fairies had been to the woodland again and they had set us the challenge to make animals, using clay and natural materials.
Some children decided to make a see-saw and a bridge using pieces of wood - they helped their friends stay safe by holding each side. What a brilliant team!
The warm day made some children feel tired, so they decided to sit under the tarp and do some colouring.
Look at this impressive map of our camp.
Climbing trees has definitely become one of the children’s favourite activities to do while at Forest School!
