The Year 4 and Year 5 members of the choir were invited to take part in the Epsom College Prep Schools’ Music Festival last week.
This proved to be a wonderful day of singing, led by music staff from the college, in the company of over 200 children from a total of 11 prep schools.
They worked hard to learn six popular songs during the course of the day which they then performed in a concert to parents at the end of the day. They also had the opportunity to listen to performances by Epsom College students, both solos and two a cappella groups who had won their recent house music competition.
Chips and chocolate muffins, plus gifts of pencil sharpeners/rubbers really helped the day go with a swing!
