Last week, as Year 3 looked forward to their first swimming lesson in Key Stage 2, the news that it was cancelled struck them hard. The only way to conquer such low morale was to take them outside to do some free reading. What a fantastic time they had! It was a great opportunity for the children to pick a book and just enjoy reading in the sunshine.
