This week we welcomed the current Year 2 children into Year 3 to give them some insight into life in Key Stage 2.
They had a fun packed day of activities, from a sports session at Old Cranleighan's to time with their future buddies who helped answer any questions the children had about how school life will change.
It was wonderful to see the excitement from the moment the children stepped into the new year 3 classes, settling quickly to some interesting Christmas tasks and chatting enthusiastically about what the day had to bring. After a trip to OC's to do a fun session with the KS2 games staff, the children enjoyed getting creative with Mrs Willis in the new art room and seemed very at home by the end of the afternoon. tIt was a great day enjoyed by all!
