To start off the new school year, Year 2 explored the outside area of Weston Green during a maths lesson. The children had fun taking photographs of mathematical features such as shapes, symmetry, numbers and lots more. They were also challenged with making estimations of time, distance and quantity and then measured accurately to compare. The children were surprised at how much maths could be spotted in the playground!
