As part of our Science topic, Year 2 is learning about Health and Growth. This week in art, we made cross curricular links and created food faces. We were inspired by the Italian artist, Giuseppe Arcimboldo, who used a mixture of fruits, vegetables and flowers to create realistic faces. We then worked in small groups and made our very own faces using real fruit and vegetables!
