We've all been thinking a lot about our learner profiles, and different characteristics of good learning. In year six this week four very resilient pupils worked together to solve a particularly tough problem set by Mrs Hawkins. The problem required them to find 5 different numbers in six different scripts and really requred them to use their teamwork and reasoning to solve it. They were so proud of what they had achieved they asked Mr Harrison to come and have a look. He was rightly very impressed, but not wanting them to rest on their laurels, set them the further challenge of applying their creative skills to writing a similar problem of their own.
