What an exciting time Year 2 had today exploring different plants at Wisley as part of their science topic.
The children enjoyed taking part in a workshop where they were given the opportunity to plant their own seeds. They learnt lots about different parts of plants and searched for flowers, fruits and seeds around the gardens.
One of the highlights was definitely visiting the ‘Deep Sea Dive Houseplant Takeover’ in the glass house. The children were very impressed to see how the different plants had been used.
