The Admissions Process at Weston Green School
There are three main points of entry into the school. Children are able to join Pre Prep at the age of two, our Reception classes in the September after their fourth birthday, or Year 3 at the age of seven. Vacancies that occur in other year groups are filled as and when they arise. We encourage interested parents to contact the School Office to discuss the availability of places.
Once a child joins us in Pre Prep, they are guaranteed a school place up to Year 6, subject to certain basic academic and developmental criteria.
The school prospectus is available online or by request from the School Office.
Interested parents are welcome to contact the school to arrange a visit. We also have a virtual tour for any families who are not able to visit in person. Click here for our virtual tour.
The first stage of the admissions process is to complete our registration form and pay a £100 registration fee.
We are non-selective in Pre Prep and once your child has been in for a taster session an offer letter will be sent to secure the place.
In both Lower Prep and Upper Prep, children would need to be assessed prior to being offered a place.
For acceptance of places into Pre Prep, a £1000 deposit is required (£500 of which is non-refundable and offset against your first term’s fees in Reception), and a £500 deposit for Reception to Year 6 places. The £500 deposit is returned when your child leaves the school subject to any outstanding balance and subject to proper notice, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
