Little Prep Fees 2025

Attendance Patterns

We offer two types of attendance pattern to Little Prep families:

Term time only: allows you to select your desired weekly sessions in line with school term dates (c. 35 weeks per year).

Extended care: allows you to select your desired weekly sessions across the full 48 week schedule. (Closure weeks are published in advance of each school year).

Session timings:

The core sessions times for term-time only pupils is 8.25am-12.30pm (morning session) and 12.30pm-3.15pm (afternoon session), with the option of wrap-around care from 7.45am through to 6pm.

The core session times for extended care pupils is 7.45am-12.30pm (morning session) and 12.30pm-6pm (afternoon session).

Minimum requirement

Whether a child is term-time only or an extended care pupil, a minimum of 4 sessions per week must be booked (either 4 mornings or 2 full days).

Additional Information

Interest Free Payment Scheme

We are also pleased to offer interest-free monthly payments to our parents. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June. Each term’s fees are divided equally into three or four monthly payments (4 monthly payments in Autumn Term, 4 monthly payments in Spring Term and 3 monthly payments in Summer Term).

Sibling Discount

Weston Green offers a 10% discount to siblings, which is awarded to the younger sibling whilst the children remain at the school together. For a third and subsequent child there is a reduction of a further 10%.

Childcare Entitlement

From the term following your child’s third birthday the Government provides 15 hours free childcare entitlement for all 3 and 4 year olds. We accept childcare vouchers for payment of before and after school care, together with Pre Prep and Reception school fees for children still in receipt of Early Years funding.

For acceptance of places into Pre Prep, a £1000 deposit is required (£500 of which is non-refundable and offset against your first term’s fees in Reception), and a £500 deposit for Reception to Year 6 places. The £500 deposit is returned when your child leaves the school subject to any outstanding balance and subject to proper notice.

Parents must commit to a termly pattern of four sessions, prior to the term. However, we recognise that the needs of your children may change significantly as they prepare for Reception and in Pre Prep we may be able to accommodate changes to your sessions.
