We believe that high-quality education should be accessible and affordable. Our fee structure is designed to offer exceptional value, whilst delivering excellence in quality education.

Discounted Fees & Wrap-around Care Offer

Our discounted fees and wrap-around care offer provides busy families with flexibility and peace of mind at an incredible price. Parents who book our full wrap-around care package, receive a discount on both the care and tuition fees. View our full fee schedule (below) for more information.

Interest-free Monthly Payments

Fees are invoiced termly (three times per year) in advance of each term. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year totally interest-free. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June.

Sibling Discounts

Weston Green offers a 10% discount to siblings, which is awarded to the younger sibling whilst the children remain at the school together. For a third and subsequent child there is a reduction of a further 10%.

Other ways to save…

We are pleased to accept childcare vouchers and encourage the use of tax free childcare against eligible costs. Parents of children applying to Year 3 may also wish to consider a scholarship application which, if successful, incurs a 10% discount on school fees.

Little Prep Fees 2025

We offer both term time only and extended care options for our families. A minimum of 4 sessions per week must be booked (either 4 mornings or 2 full days). Our morning session is 7.45am-12.30pm and our afternoon session is 12.30-6.00pm.

Interest Free Payment Scheme

We are also pleased to offer interest-free monthly payments to our parents. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June. Each term’s fees are divided equally into three or four monthly payments (4 monthly payments in Autumn Term, 4 monthly payments in Spring Term and 3 monthly payments in Summer Term).

Sibling Discount

Childcare Entitlement

From the term following your child’s third birthday the Government provides 15 hours free childcare entitlement for all 3 and 4 year olds. We accept childcare vouchers for payment of before and after school care, together with Pre Prep and Reception school fees for children still in receipt of Early Years funding.

For acceptance of places into Pre Prep, a £1000 deposit is required (£500 of which is non-refundable and offset against your first term’s fees in Reception), and a £500 deposit for Reception to Year 6 places. The £500 deposit is returned when your child leaves the school subject to any outstanding balance and subject to proper notice.

Parents must commit to a termly pattern of four sessions, prior to the term. However, we recognise that the needs of your children may change significantly as they prepare for Reception and in Pre Prep we may be able to accommodate changes to your sessions.
