On Wednesday 29th January, we’re holding our annual DigitalDetoxDay – a day stepping away from screens.
This initiative, inspired by techtimeout and Mental Health First Aid England, raises awareness of how excessive screen time affects our wellbeing and productivity. A digital detox can help boost focus, creativity and mental clarity.
You will be able to use your devices during PPA, breaks and lunchtime – other than that, please plan non-screen lessons.
