Football Club is an opportunity for children of all levels to enjoy improving their skills in a friendly and relaxed environment.
The children start with a warm up activity which usually involves developing a particular skill (e.g. turning or shooting). Mini challenges are set so that every child is working to their own level and and challenged in an engaging and fun way.
Key Stage 1 enjoy playing mini games in which they cannot score more than one goal, in order to develop their own play and encourage a real sense of teamwork.
In Key Stage 2 Football Club, pupils have the opportunity to play in different positions and gain a better understanding of match play, through both matches and drills.
When:
Key Stage 1: Thursdays, 3:15 - 4:00
Key Stage 2: Mondays, 4:15 - 5:00
